NEW! Pre-Season Conditioning
In response to requests for expanded programming, we are adding a 3+-week pre-season conditioning program from January 17th through February 7th. This will be made up of fun and challenging workouts to help the kids get ready for track and simply have another outdoor opportunity for physical activity. I expect to have at least two groups-one with a distance/endurance focus and the other more sprint-based. All of the track events will be introduced to help the kids decide what they want to focus on in the spring.
Practices will be from 4:15-5:30 pm Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
